Carrot for babies

  • From 6 months

You can introduce carrot once your baby shows signs of being ready for solids, usually around 6 months. Major health organizations recommend starting solids at about 6 months, though guidance varies slightly.

Carrot provides carbohydrates, fiber, and beta-carotene.
