Zucchini for babies

You can introduce zucchini once your baby shows signs of being ready for solids, usually around 6 months. Cooked zucchini turns soft and shows up in lots of first-food dishes.

Zucchini is mostly water and provides carbohydrates.

Choking risk

Raw or undercooked zucchini can be hard for babies to swallow safely. Cook zucchini until soft and cut it into pieces that suit your child’s age. Always stay with your child while they eat.
